You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping fees.** We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective product or an item other than what you ordered).

If you need to return an item, please fill out our contact form and select “Warranty/Repairs”. We will then issue an RMA for your return. ANY returns received without an RMA or outside the 30 day window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. (the 30 day return window starts from the date the package is shipped from P3)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. This product is designed, assembled, and ships from the USA. Buyers in countries other than USA may incur import, duties fees, or V.A.T. which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. In stock items usually ship in 1-2 business days.

P3 Gauges products carry a 1 year limited warranty for failures or defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused during installation and does not cover installation charges. Warranty period starts once the product is delivered to the shipping address listed on order.

Beyond our 1 year warranty we also offer repairs services for all P3 Gauges products. To begin the warranty or repair process please fill out our contact form and select “Warranty/Repairs”. We will then assist in remote diag and product repair/replacement.
